Apple Graf

As close to cider as beer can get! This Graf is a blend of 50% wort (un-fermented beer) and 50% unfiltered, apple cider, fermented together. For an added twist, this beer was brewed with a healthy dose of wheat, a touch of rye and was fermented with a characterful Belgian yeast strain. Complex enough for the beer drinker and light and sweet enough for the cider drinker.
