Our next beer in the Mirage sour series has the look and mouthfeel of a dark ale with the tart finish of a light sour beer. We conditioned this beer on TONS of Ugli Fruit – otherwise know as Jamaican Oranges or Jamaican Tangelos – which give the beer a unique tangerine and grapefruit citrus character with a semi-sweet finish.
