A cross between a West Coast and New England style IPA. Hazy by design, with a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Low on bitterness and huge on flavor. It has an aroma of pungent citrus and tropical fruit with hints of pine from copious amounts of late hop additions and dry hopping.
A Belgian Blonde Ale with classic spicy and phenolic notes from a Belgian yeast strain. Light and crisp with a huge nose of herbal citrus from 10 pounds of fresh lemongrass. A dry finish with a lingering hint of sweetness and lemongrass.
XXA classic southern German lager! Very light and crisp, with aromas and flavors of delicate German malts. A subdued hop profile takes the back seat with just enough bitterness to round out the clean malt character. Very drinkable and nice and dry.
This traditional German Marzen Lager has rich flavors of bread and subtle caramel from the use of 100% German malt, hops and yeast. Full and flavorful yet crisp and refreshing for the first days of fall.
The return of one of our favorite sours! Otherwise known as Champagne or Honey Mangoes, we aged this blended, golden sour ale on over 2 pounds per barrel of fresh Ataulfo fruit. The honey like sweetness and creamy texture give the beer a delicate mango finish and a smooth, soft mouthfeel.
West coast meets east coast in this big double IPA. Massively hoppy and not lacking in ABV, this slightly confused beer will take you from citrus fruit and haze of the east all the way to pine needles and malt of the west. Hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Cashmere and Summit for the best of both worlds!
